Drunk parking? How do you go to jail from a DUI (DRIVING under the influence) in a car that WON'T START? Remind me again why the legal system is honorable and fair? I couldn't make this shit up if I tried.
The Minnesota Supreme Court upheld the drunken DRIVING conviction of a man ASLEEP at the wheel of a parked car police COULDN'T start. The car had the "potential" to be driven, the court found. The man "could, without too much difficulty, make the vehicle a source of danger," the court said.
